Shipping policy

For our Canadian customers, we offer:

• free shipping via domestic lettermail. This option has no tracking, so please be aware of the risk. We've never yet had one not arrive, but there is a chance, small as it may be.
• fully tracked via ChitChats for $5
• express options via Canada Post for reduced rates - that is to say, partially covered by us.

For the US, Europe, and everywhere else, we offer fully tracked and reduced-rate options via Canada Post and partner carriers.

Duties and taxes are collected at checkout, if applicable. If you do not see an explicit line item for duties and/or taxes at checkout, then we are not collecting import charges for your country, and they may be charged at customs. However, Ponyclavas are small enough that they don't usually incur import charges. If you refuse a delivery, neither the items nor the shipping charges will be refunded.
