Can I return my Ponyclava?
Unfortunately, since the Ponyclava is a very personal item that covers the wearer's mouth, we cannot accept returns due to health concerns, unless you have received an item different than what you ordered or one that is damaged. We would not want to wear anything that someone else may have been "speaking... moistly" into... and we trust our customers would not either!

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience at hello@ponyclava.com. We are genuinely interested in your feedback, especially why our product may not have met your expectations. Although we cannot offer returns, we do wish to ensure your experience with our products is as positive as possible.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note the size labels on the grey Ponyclavas were incorrectly printed, but the sizing remains correct.
